award will be awarded every other year to graduates of Indian and
Pakistani universities in the Punjab region. Applicants must be
currently pursuing a graduate degree at any campus of the University of
California. Preference will be given to students who have reached the
dissertation stage. Must be nominated by the Graduate Division.
Applicants must be committed to returning to his or her country of
origin after receiving the degree, and not have engaged previously in
graduate study at any other institute of higher learning in the United
States. No citizenship requirements. |
