Three 20-minute talks are presented.  The first is "Alfven Eigenmodes Can Limit Access to High Fusion Gain, Steady-State Tokamak Operation" by W. Heidbrink. The second is "Radial Localization of Alfven Eigenmodes and Zonal Field Generation" by Z. Lin.  The third is "Effects of MHD Instabilities on Neutral Beam Current Drive" by M.
