Rattlesnake Mountain Observatory



WHERE: Previously located within the The Fitzner/Eberhardt Arid Lands Ecology Reserve, the observatory was removed in 2009 and a new location is being sought.
WHO: Operated by a volunteer staff through the non-profit organization, AASTA.

HOW: Presently onsite telescope use and observing.  As renovation and fundraising continues, the observatory will feature remote operation and observing for education and research purposes via a wireless link.
