:: APPLICATION AND DEADLINE ::

We encourage contributions of young scientists, PhD students and postdoctoral researchers working in the field. Scientists interested in attending the seminar should contact the Scientific Organizers.

Applications for participation should be send by e-mail to Thorsten Ritz and contain the following information: Name, Position, Affiliation, Address, Title of the poster and one-page abstract (in case if you plan to present a poster). Please indicate whether you would be interested in giving a short talk.

Although the DEADLINE for application has passed, we may be able to accomodate last-minute requests for participation as about 5 more slots are open. Please contact the scientific organizers.

All applicants who submitted their application before the deadline are selected for participation.

The registration fee of 150 covers full board (accommodation in single and double rooms) at the Physik-Zentrum in Bad Honnef. The registration fee is due (cash in Euro) at the beginning of the seminar. The registration fee is waived for presenters of talks, including short talks. The foundation will generally not be able to cover travel expenses of the participants. However, if funds are available, we may be able to grant waivers of registration fees for junior scientists. Junior scientists, particularly from groups without funding that could cover their travel, are encouraged to apply for such waivers at the time of their application.
