ABSTRACT:
I will discuss work in progress to characterize thelatitude-dependent spectrum of the Fermi Bubbles, which has uncovereda spectral feature peaking at a few GeV and appearing at low Galacticlatitudes. This feature appears spectrally similar to an excesspreviously identified in the Galactic Center, which has been putforward as a possible signature of dark matter annihilation. Thecurrent work may constitute a new detection of this signal at muchlarger Galactocentric radii. I will also discuss the high-latitudespectrum of the Fermi Bubbles, and their possible relation to theGalactic Haze emission observed by WMAP and recently confirmed byPlanck.
