Professor Chang will discuss several issues about plasmas, with experimental results, on mitigation of environmental issues in the atmosphere, including plasma reformation of CO2, semiconductor manufacturing greenhouse gases, and dust control. Prof. Chang has a long history of basic and applied plasma physics experiments with strong collaboration with industry and entrepreneurial success from his laboratory and his graduate students.
