Abstract
There are discrepancies between simulations of cold dark matter and observations on scales smaller than galaxy clusters. Driven by this, I will investigate how strong dark matter interactions with neutrinos affect structure formation on small scales. I will discuss both dark matter and neutrino phenomenology of a model with such interactions.
