ABSTRACT:

The measurement of the Higgs trilinear self-coupling is an important part of the LHC Higgs program at 14 TeV. This is a crucial measurement which directly interrogates the mechanism of electroweak symmetry breaking in the Standard Model and requires the presence of two Higgses in the final state. Recent studies have uncovered a number of different ways this quantity can be constrained in the high energy LHC run. I will also discuss the impact that Beyond the Standard Model physics can have on di-Higgs physics.
