ABSTRACT:
A light Standard Model like Higgs boson is an exquisitely sensitive window onto new physics. The search for exotic decay modes of the Higgs boson is a key piece of the program to characterize the newly discovered state. These exotic decays are typically challenging at hadron colliders, and in most cases are unconstrained. I will talk about the power, opportunities, and difficulties presented by Higgs exotic decays at the LHC.
