ABSTRACT:

Supersymmetric models where gaugino masses are Dirac rather than Majorana have softened dependence of the Higgs mass on high scale physics.  Dirac gauginos can therefore be naturally heavier than their Majorana analogues.  These models however tend to have unstable field directions which must be addressed.  I'll present an implementation where all such dangerous tachyons are naturally absent, while retaining the attractive features of 'supersoft' breaking.  Such models can provide interesting answers to the question of why SUSY -- if relevant for stabilizing the weak scale -- has not yet turned up at the LHC.
